  • Orders cannot be canceled after payment has been made. This is because hosting services are purchased on your behalf immediately upon payment.

2. No Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available once payment is completed and hosting services have been initiated.

3. Exceptions

  • In rare cases where a technical error prevents the delivery of the service, we will work with the customer to provide a suitable resolution. Refunds will only be considered if a resolution cannot be provided.
